Full Function Training’s Park City Boot Camp is a four-week training program that offers a complete solution to all of your fitness needs. Park City Boot Camp offers you an environment to engage in fun, healthy activities that can benefit a complete newcomer to the world of fitness as well as benefit a world-class athlete.

Designed with long-term benefit in mind and not just a quick fix, Park City Boot Camp drives the education and correct form that goes with each exercise, giving you the tools that you will be
able to use to ensure good posture, good flexibility and hopefully
add years to your life…

Join us for some great trail runs, resistance training
in the park, and an obstacle course. This class is
