What is a typical day like at camp? Print E-mail
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. We don’t have typical days - if you wanted the same routine day after day, then you would probably join a fitness center. You can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, pilates, mat work, some running (up to a mile), weight training, obstacle courses, jumping jacks, lunges, squats, push ups, sit ups and hiking. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! You will learn about proper form, posture and core stability. Each day is designed to be fun and different - and never boring.
